Deep inside you, there is a knowing.
It has always been there… waiting for you to listen.
You were born to a place, a time, and a culture that never taught you how to know from that place deep inside you where your truth speaks a secret language.
Yet as you learn the lost tongue of your own knowing…
As you listen to the small, sweet voice inside…
Your true voice will ring clearly above the chaos of the outside world.
It whispers quiet as the wind.
It lands soft as the snow.
It calls silent as the night.
Only you hear that voice. And only you can decipher it’s song.
Learning to listen to your inner truth through the chaos of the modern world is a spectacular feat.
Over the last few millennia, humans of the West have lost our deep sense of interconnection. We no longer remember how to speak to the trees and the animals. We no longer listen to voices of mountain, sky, and stream.
It’s no wonder that our own inner Wisdom has quieted.
We no longer have ears to hear.
But it’s not too late. It’s never too late to reclaim your birthright.
The deep inner knowing of your own place in the Great Pattern waits for you all ways. You belong here—in this body, in this world, in this life—in ways that you cannot begin to imagine.
Together, we must learn again the secrets that have been lost through the ages.
If the Path back to your inner voice was not passed down through your own lineage, let me share with you what my grandmother whispered to me when I was small.
Grandmother Wisdom
Raised in the Nevada desert, my grandmother spent her first years cradled in the papoose basket of a native woman. After falling into the inevitable snares of society, she clawed her way out and back to the mystic reality of her birthright.
I inherited a legacy of poetry and passion, soul seeds and siren songs.
Lean close… and I will share her secrets~
“What does your belly say?” Grandmother whispers.
The belly doesn’t talk in words. It speaks in nuance and shadow. In whisper and wonder. In gurgle and glumph.
This way of knowing is not always familiar or comfortable. It does not follow in orderly fashion or logical sequence.
It does not come in thoughts at all.
It rises up from somewhere deep. A sudden apparition that changes everything.
It may be quiet. It may be loud. Whatever its voice, whatever truth it speaks, it is yours.
Learning this secret language is the task of a lifetime.
Sometimes it whispers… sometimes it shouts… but all ways it holds Wisdom.
Reclaiming the Gnostic Tradition
The ancients called this way of knowing “gnosis” from the Ancient Greek root gno—to know.
Some of the first Christians were called Gnostics. Before the structures and scriptures of Christianity took power, early Gnostics strove to better know the Divine through their own inner Wisdom. They listened to that inner knowing and followed the small, sweet, voice inside. They strove to emulate Yeshua, rather than worship Him, and their texts teach us powerful lessons about how to connect with this deeper way of living.
In sharp juxtaposition with this ancient movement, we live in an agnostic world. A world of not-knowing.
We live in a culture that abdicates the responsibility that comes with Wisdom.
When we are not trained to use our natural inner guidance systems, we can claim that we are simply victims of a dangerous and out-of-control world. It’s easier—in some ways—to be at the whim of the world, because we can say that we didn’t have a Choice.
HERETIC
— from Ancient Greek Hairetikos —
One who is able to Choose
When we know we have a Choice, we can no longer claim ignorance and play the martyr. Instead, we reclaim what the word “martyr” has always meant: Witness.
We become witness to something greater.
And we all have this sacred gift of inner knowing.
It’s difficult to step into trust when it has been systematically trained out of us. These bodies have not been calibrated for Divine information but instead have been attuned to enduring trauma, avoiding pain, and creating comfort.
Yet anyone who is willing to listen can recover this superpower.
The more you listen, the more nuanced and powerful its messages become. As you practice relying on the Wisdom pouring through you in every moment, you will find you have everything you need to navigate this complicated world with loving grace.
Living Our Wisdom
Indigenous traditions around the world, describe life as an interconnected web or pattern. Like the strings of a harp—each with their own note to play—we are part of the chorus of creation.
A cosmic conversation is happening around and within us.
It is all ways penetrating our body system in such a way that the information available to us is unfathomable. Limitless.
Is it any wonder, that the world systems of power and control, don’t want you to remember how to hear it?
Right now, beautiful souls around the world are waking up to their magic. There is a movement… invisible… impossible… and unstoppable.
If you’re reading this right now, you’re a part of it—
The world is waking up through you.
And your system—your beautiful, half forgotten body full of wisdom—is at the very centre of it.
Waking up to our own knowledge, our own gnosis, as a way of moving through the world, means coming back to the body… coming back to nature… and listening.
It can feel hard at first to simply listen, because the first sound the sweet body makes after so many years of being shut out is a grief cry.
We avoid the inevitable grief cry, until one day we cannot avoid ourselves any longer. On that beautiful day, we are shocked to discover how good it feels to scream it out at last… how soft and beautiful the relief underneath… how freeing a life lived inside of our own deep knowing.
Of course they’ve tried to take this from us. To break the threads of Wisdom passed down through the ages. Of course they tried to break our bodies. They couldn’t let us live this way. We would be beyond their control.
There is nothing more terrifying to a system that longs for control than those who quietly live beyond it, simply because they know a better way.
The revolution is not about standing on soap boxes or screaming down enemies.
The revolution is quiet, and it’s happening inside us all the time.
As the wheel of nature turns, and we open ourselves to our own natural rhythms… our own natural cycles… our own natural knowing… the entire social structure of our culture is breaking down and universes of possibility opening.
How to Awaken Gnosis
The foundation of gnosis is deep listening. Any information… any knowledge… any Wisdom that comes through can only be received through attending to the subtle signals of the body.
On the surface, this listening may seem easy, but we all hear thousands of messages coming through the body daily that we rarely actually listen to.
Listening to receive instruction and ignite Wisdom, means listening to the body like a great teacher. It means listening with the realization that something amazing is happening that we simply don’t understand… yet.
We must set aside the doubts of the mind, which has been patterned to convince us to look outside ourselves for what we need.
The mind is a tricky beast.
Like Western culture, it’s cruel and loud, whether or not it’s correct. Most of our minds have been patterned to believe that our bodies do not hold all the Wisdom we need for our lives. These neural connections create superhighways of thought that put doubt into the system of our knowing.
But take heart…
The brain is a complex machine that can be re-patterned by the simple act of creating new neural pathways. Each time we have a thought, we strengthen that neural pathway. As we strengthen the pathways of trust and connection, we create thought patterns which support us to listen and follow intuition.
Here is a guided Energy Magic recording to clear out old patterns and reconnect you with the web of Wisdom all around us. May you be blessed on your journey to reawaken your birthright of knowledge, intuition, Wisdom, and information to guide you gracefully through this life.

“The revolution is quiet and it’s happening inside us all the time.” This!!! 💯!! This piece is so freaking full of wisdom and essential reminders. And, your grandma was friends with Susan Sedona-Boulet?! That woman’s art has rocked my world again and again over the years. So fun to learn that and to see her powerful imagery here. ✨🙏
I loved reading this Allysha. It's a journey unto itself. And a potent reminder to just listen. Or learn to listen. To connect, or learn to connect. This learning as more of a remembrance of what we already are and are capable of. This is the healing for ourselves and the world. Paying attention, pausing, listening, opening, receiving, giving, being grateful... Sacred reciprocity as communion! 💜
