The Alchemy of Gratitude + November Calendar of Magical Events
A month for softening, opening, and remembering the quiet magic of the here and now—exploring Gratitude as an energetic key that reconnects and roots us back into the living Magic of everyday life.
The first drifts of snow are falling on the forest. A great hush has overtaken us. An exhaled sigh rustles the pines. The house is still, the world between breaths. The world accepts the inevitability of stillness as Winter returns to the frozen North.
I want to join the forest in its easy acceptance, but my body rebels. I long to sit quietly, un-busy, listening to the rhythm of my own body, but heart still beats too fast—the echos of a hard summer. I dream of feeling my breath come slowly, but it roars in ill-cadence with the sudden silence.
Inviting myself to slowness, my eyes well. My head hangs heavy with plans left un-done. I want to sink into the newness of this season, and the way it promises to erase all that has come before.
I am not there yet, but I know a Path…
“Thank you, breath…” I whisper, feeling my way through the noise of my own body.
“Thank you, snow…” I can feel the quiet conversation welling up in me.
“Thank you, forest…” I am held.
“Thank you, body…” I feel deep forgiveness.
“Thank you, home…” My home is trying as hard as I am to be Good—I give it permission to simply be. We weep together.
“Thank you, world…” I sense my place in the Pattern.
“Thank you, Allysha…” I know that we’ve got this.
My heart—still beating heavy in my chest—begins to awaken.
My lungs—still mourning some unknown grief—begin to expand.
All around, within, and throughout me, I am connected with the small miracle of being alive again.
We talk about gratitude as thankfulness, as if it’s something we give. But I’ve come to know it as something that moves through us—a subtle energy that opens and clears… that shifts the density of whatever we’re holding. When I let gratitude rise, it loosens the grip of control, the habit of striving, the constant forward lean toward what might be.
Gratitude invites us home to what is.
It’s so easy to forget this foundational magic, but gratitude is a key that fits in so many locks. It allows the heart to unclench enough for Light to enter.
While hope looks forward…
Gratitude roots downward—into the heart, into the body, into the Earth.
Hope reaches for what isn’t yet. Gratitude breathes what already is.
It’s easy to think gratitude should be grand—sunsets, success, survival. But the true joy and magic of it is in the smallest things: the warmth of a mug between my palms, the way a trees catches the light, the familiar bounce of my daughter’s curls.
Gratitude for toes… for breath… for life itself and this body that carries me through the Mystery of another day.
It’s astonishing how much shifts when I come from gratitude.
My belly softens. My thoughts slow. The pressure of it all lessens.
Even grief becomes holy when I let gratitude sit beside it. Because gratitude isn’t a denial of pain—it’s the deep exhale that lets us feel it without drowning. It’s what makes space for the next inhale.
So as we turn the wheel into this month’s sacred gatherings, I want to begin here, in this simple act of recognition.
Thank you, World—for the unseen Pattern that holds us… for the breath that moves us… for the experience of it All.
This November, we’ll be engaging with the Practice of gratitude, grounded in the quiet knowing that everything we need is already here.
November Calendar of Magical Events
✨ Community Energy Magic — Gratitude
Friday, November 14 @ 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern / 7pm European / 5am AEST (+1 Day)
Gratitude isn’t just a feeling — it’s a frequency that changes everything. In this gathering, we’ll work with the living current of Gratitude as an energetic force that clears the body, softens resistance, and opens the field to flow. Together, we’ll practice receiving the quiet blessings woven through the ordinary and learn to anchor Gratitude as a baseline of stability and magic in daily life.
Bring your breath, your body, and one small thing you’re thankful for.
💚 Love Money Practice Group
Monday, November 17 @ 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern / 7pm European / 5am AEDT (+1 Day)
Gratitude and Money share a secret language — both are currents of exchange, flowing freely when we stop trying to control them. In this gathering, we’ll explore how Gratitude dissolves scarcity and opens the heart to receive.
Together, we’ll practice feeling the texture of enoughness — the quiet wealth already present in breath, time, and relationship. As we listen with our bodies, we’ll remember that Money is not separate from Life, and that Gratitude is what keeps the river moving.
🧙♀️ Heretic Happy Hour — Gratitude
Friday, November 21 @ 5:30pm Pacific / 8:30pm Eastern / 12:30pm AEDT (+1 Day)
This month, we’re gathering around the fire of Gratitude — not the polite kind, but the wild, trembling kind that cracks us open. Together, we’ll explore how Gratitude changes what we see, loosens our grip on what hurts, and reveals beauty hiding in plain sight.
This is not a lesson in positivity. It’s a shared inquiry into how Gratitude reorders reality from the inside out. We’ll tell stories, ask questions, and notice how the field itself shifts when we choose to say thank you — even for the hard parts.
Bring your favorite brew AND something you’re grateful for… that perhaps doesn’t yet make sense.
📕 Magical Book Club — The Flowering Wand
Monday, December 1 @ 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern / 7pm European / 5am AEDT (+1 Day)
We’re diving into The Flowering Wand: Rewilding the Sacred Masculine by Sophie Strand — a lush reimagining of the masculine as something rooted, relational, and wildly alive. Through myth, ecology, and love for the Earth, Strand invites us to see the Divine Masculine not as conqueror, but as gardener; not as distant, but as intimate and intertwined.
Together, we’ll explore how these stories open new pathways of healing between masculine and feminine, spirit and matter, body and soil. We’ll let Gratitude guide our reading — gratitude for the greening world, for men learning tenderness, and for the flowering of new myths that hold us all.
